This training is hosted and presented by Crowder College. In a world where frustration and associated conflict are ever-increasing, especially in the workplace, perhaps resolution or even management of conflict is an unrealistic expectation. We’ve concluded that a focus on navigating this complex world of human behavior is a better approach. 

Three specific areas we will address in our training are:
