"Recognizing Blind Spots" is an HR event designed to foster awareness and understanding of unconscious biases in the workplace. Alongside Alissa and Rachel from LifeWork will lead participants in discussions aimed at identifying and addressing these blind spots to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations.

She offers a wealth of Learning & Development experience crafting strategies, processes, and programs to help organizations grow their people.

About Rachel Heisten

After graduating with a law degree, Rachel followed her heart to pursue a career in corporate talent at a large global organization. It was there she discovered a superpower: natural analytical skills she
employs to help leaders discover and nurture the true keys to business success – purpose and people. Rachel uses a holistic, inquiry and people-based approach to solve complex people challenges. She has extensive experience developing people strategy, designing talent processes, leading teams, and organizational communication.
